The AKKA is an electronic mobility device which enables those with disabilities to explore the world around them. The AKKA is a mobile base electronically controlled and uses photo electric sensors to determine its course whilst following a predetermined route marked out with black floor tape. The tape can also be used as a perimeter fence, restricting the base to safe areas within a room.
