A post graduate qualification in management of dysphagia is desirable but not essential as training can be funded if required. This post will be  supported and supervised by a dysphagia trained speech and language therapist. The post will also offer opportunities to work with senior therapists and the therapy lead on service organisation, development and training strategies with excellent opportunities to work with and support students with a wide variety of communication needs..  This is a fantastic role if you are interested in developing your career in an expanding therapy team.
