Pre-Formal Curriculum Teacher

If so, we have an opportunity for you to join our fantastic team of experience professionals within our pre-formal curriculum provision. You will make a tangible difference to the lives and education of students within this pathway in teaching a small group of children.
Full Time 1.0 FTE - Permanent - to start September 2020 or earlier
MPR / UPR (Fringe) plus SEN allowance
Our overall aim is to enable every child and young person to achieve meaningful independence. Teachers in all areas of the school work with other special school colleagues on areas including assessment, curriculum development and subject pedagogy. This provides us with access to high quality professional discussions and ensures that we are at the forefront of practice in special educational needs.
Our students with complex learning needs usually have a range of therapy targets alongside their educational targets. The whole ethos of ImPACTS (individualised profile assessment curriculum target setting) is that all learning is centred around the student so that all targets are integrated.
